If I could do Zero stars I would….. Been seeing Dr. Tackett for over a year always a great doctor until last month!!! I’m a truck driver and I requested refills on medicine that was due in just a few weeks for blood pressure she usually always accommodates and goes head and send them into Walmart so when out I can go too Walmart and have filled last month when I seen Dr. Tackett for another issue that she didn’t even examine which led me for a second opinion because what’s the purpose of a diagnosis if that diagnosis is never examined too determine the cause without details when I spoke with managment to address issue I was told they would allow me too transfer doctors that it’s never a answer too loose a patient well today when I called in to get refills on Blood pressure medicine as Dr. Tackett advised me to do call when time and she send it in I was informed I was being released without my blood pressure medicine being refilled no doctor in Arkansas can get me in for two months and all urgent cares are saying we not refilling get your family doctor too they are required by law too…when I spoke with management was told today it should of been brought to there attention last month on my unhappiness’s with treatment that I wouldn’t be discharged which I did and was told their goal is too never loose a patient kind of odd too say that when you are loosing a patient. Atleast if you gonna discharge me refill my medicine because my blood pressure gets very high without these two medicines just very unprofessional and was also told today we not allowed to let you switch too another doctor in clinic but we are allow to discharge patient and not provide proper accommodations for medicine until he can get into new doctor in two months since everyone is booked out. Baptist Health is the sorriest group of health care providers I have ever seen. I never thought I would have anything to say bad about Baptist Health just can’t believe it this office has nothing but good reviews and I’ve never had a bad experience I know this won’t make things right or change anything but definitely wanted my story heard since management even think this is right pretty sad when I don’t even never owe a balance with Baptist and always pay my bills too get treated in this way

I have chosen Greenbrier Family Clinic and me and my family have not been disappointed. The office staff and nurses are wonderful and Doctor Tackett is the best medical doctor I have ever known. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family.

I have been going to the Greenbrier Family Clinic for 13 yrs and the staff make the visits a hometown feel, a good morning greeting, what can I do for you, which Dr are you seeing, hun? kind of things. Not sure what the fuss is about Dr Clifton, he's pretty much my primary physician and when he's not available, Dr Bowman or Dr Tackett suits me just fine. I've had nothing but great service and recommendations for referrals when it was necessary. Dr Clifton always takes time to chit chat about anything and everything. Makes me feel important and that my opinions matter, whether he agrees with them or not. He's a great Dr. Thanks for all you do for me and my health. Keep up the great Dr relationships!!

Dr. Tackett was wonderful. Got my daughter in the same day for a broken finger.. When we had a re-injury she was very quick to refer us to the orthopedic. She was wonderful with the follow up. We are new to this area but she will be our new physician.

Dr. Tackett is an outstanding physician, and Greenbrier is lucky to have her in this area. She's patient, she listens, and she takes a research-based approach to medicine that I haven't seen in a long while. Rather than throwing a pill or a quick fix at a problem, she takes the time to try figure out what is actually going on. I appreciate her clear explanations and her warm, friendly manner.
